These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the bajeje platform and all users of the bajeje website and mobile application. By accessing bajeje.app or creating an account, you agree to all provisions set out in these Terms.

Bajeje is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers Sports Betting, lottery, jackpot, and other gaming services.

Bajeje currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though processing may occasionally take up to 30 minutes.

Bajeje does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — those are governed entirely by their own policy.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing funds or winnings from bajeje. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Winnings derived from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested without fulfilling the bonus terms, the bonus portion will be forfeited and only the remaining balance will be paid out.

• Withdrawals must be made to a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bajeje may temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
• Providing false information to process a withdrawal may result in account closure.

Bajeje offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and referral rewards. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. Typically, you need to wager between 5 and 20 times the bonus amount — the exact requirement is specified with each bonus.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated.
• Bajeje reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified time period.
• To receive the referral bonus, your friend must successfully register and make their first deposit.

Before placing a bet on bajeje, please read the specific rules for each game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, bajeje does offer a cashout option in certain cases.

For Sports Betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. For lottery and jackpot games, no changes can be made once a draw has taken place.
